Fitting the corking decoration

Adapting to your requirements is at the heart of our approach to our work when it comes to fitting the corking decoration. We can offer you two different techniques for it; either using a manual machine or a semi-automatic machine.

The first can process 200 bottles an hour and the second can process 500 an hour.

You can, of course, purchase one or the other depending on your market and bearing in mind that a semi-automatic machine can be incorporated perfectly into a production line including those used for sparkling wines.

We can also provide you with a service through our sister company – QUEBEC – who can fit corking decoration. Québec is a company specialised in made-to-order packaging with around fifteen years’ experience in fitting string in particular and is well- equipped to fit your corking decoration.

As with hemp string fitting, you can give us your bottles with traditionally fitted wire hoods, without changing your wine-making method, and the service consists of replacing the wire hood with the corking decoration while keeping the cork in place at the same time.
